Information we collect when you use our website
The information we collect is general in nature and includes, among others, email addresses provided voluntarily through inquiries submitted via the website.

In addition, when you apply for a position at Liquin, we may collect personal data such as your name, contact details, CV, cover letter, work experience, education and any other information you voluntarily provide in the context of your application. These personal data are processed and stored through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

How we use this information and what are your rights
In the event Liquin collects personal data which are provided or filled out voluntarily by the website user, the data will be lawfully processed and only used for the purposes indicated, such as follow-up on requests and providing information.

Personal data collected in the context of recruitment and selection are processed for the purpose of assessing your suitability for current and, where applicable, future vacancies at Liquin. By submitting an application, you explicitly consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data, and the right to request deletion of your personal data, including data stored in our ATS, insofar as this is permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

When we share your information
Following the aforementioned purposes, the information may be shared with organizations, companies or individuals outside of Liquin if one of the following circumstances applies:
i) we have obtained your consent;
ii) sharing is required for legal reasons or contractual necessities;
iii) sharing is necessary for the protection of your vital interests; or
iv) sharing is necessary for Liquin’s legitimate interests, unless such interests are overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.

For recruitment purposes, your personal data may be shared with parties involved in the recruitment and selection process, such as the provider of our Applicant Tracking System, solely to the extent necessary for the execution of recruitment activities.

Google uses aggregated statistical information to provide Liquin with information as to how visitors use our website. This website, disclaimer and privacy statement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
